COVID-19 Update

Dear Valued Customers and Partners,

Sayle Oil Company, along with Sayle Propane, hope you and your family are safe and doing well. The current COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus) outbreak unfolding in the U.S. has put businesses in unique situations that we are not immune to.

I want to ensure everyone that we are monitoring this situation as the safety of our customers and employees is very important to Sayle Oil Company. We understand we are in a people business and taking care of our people is a major part of what we do.

At this time, all of our divisions are running normal business hours with only minor changes. All of our employees have been educated on enhanced sanitation methods and procedures. Our goal is to continue business as normal as possible and to make changes when necessary to protect our customers and employees.

You can find specific changes we have made to our departments below.

C-Stores
Currently, normal business hours will continue as usual. Extra precautions are being taken to ensure each location maintains a clean, safe environment, such as:
Constant sanitation of counters, coffee areas, pump nozzles, restrooms, cooler door handles, and all other surfaces that are constantly touched by the public
Hand sanitizer provided near check out registers
No fountain drink/ice refills in used cups

Quick Lubes
Currently, normal business hours will continue as usual. Customers will be given the option to stay in their vehicles while they are being serviced. Customers can also opt-out of normal vehicle vacuum services. Employees have been briefed on enhanced sanitation techniques to ensure our facilities remain clean including disinfecting counters, pens, credit cards, etc.

Propane
Currently, normal business hours and deliveries will continue as usual. We are asking our customers to call ahead before visiting any office location to minimize human contact.

Customers are encouraged to take advantage of the online portal during this time. Users can view their bills, make payments, and schedule deliveries. The portal can be found here. Customers can also call into their nearest location to make their payments or discuss bills.

Wholesale Fuel & Lubricants
No changes have been made to normal business hours or deliveries. Delivery drivers have been briefed on enhanced sanitation methods and are working with our customers to follow any of their changes due to the coronavirus.

I want to thank our wonderful customers and partners for their understanding during these unique times.

We will continue to monitor this situation and communicate any changes we make. You can stay updated by checking out our website and Facebook page.

Wishing you prayers and good health,
Jimmie Stennett
